ONE ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECT ARREST, WILDWOOD POLICE SEARCH FOR OTHER

Wildwood Police say that two men broke into a home on the 4500 block of Pacific Ave. A patrolman notice the two men acting suspiciously before they broke into the residence. Police were able to apprehend Mark Davis, of Wildwood; but they were unable to capture the second suspect. A handgun was recovered at the scene and it contained hallow tip bullets. Davis was charged with armed robbery, possession of a handgun without a permit, unlawful possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose, possession of a defaced firearm, possession of hollow point bullets, obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, and burglary. He was lodged in county jail in lieu of $200,000 cash bail. The second perpetrator is described as an African-American male who has a tattoo on his right forearm.
