OLD BUILDING ADJACENT TO POPULAR MILLVILLE EATERY TO BE RIPPED DOWN

An old, dilapidated building that sits next to the popular Jim’s Lunch restaurant in Millville will be torn down.  Mayor Michael Santiago announced that the structure is unsafe and must be torn down.  It’s not certain when the old building will be demolished.  The Jim’s Lunch restaurant shares a wall with the building and has been in business for 95 years.

  1. Did they actually relocate the old building to Vineland so it can be demolished there? Including the moving costs, how much cheaper will it be to demolish a Millville building in Vineland?
