An 18 year old man from Ocean View and a teenage juvenile have both been charged by police in Galloway Township for burglarizing unlocked cars. Earlier this week Andrew J. Wilson and the teen were spotted pulling on door handles on cars. Wilson was charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft, and other offenses.
