OCEAN FIRST BANK TO ASSUME CAPITAL BANK OF NEW JERSEY

Another small bank chain is being swallowed up by a competitor.  Ocean First Bank announced that it is acquiring Capital Bank of New Jersey for $80 million in stock.  Capital Bank has a large presence in the Vineland area.  The deal is expected to be completed during the first quarter of next year.
