OCEAN CITY HIGH SCHOOL TO UNVEIL OBSERVATORY

Students at Ocean City High School with an interest in astronomy will now have a unique educational opportunity. On Friday night the school will unveil it’s own research-quality observatory. The $60,000 observatory houses a 14-inch telescope and is located on the northwest corner of the Ocean City athletic complex. Funds for the observatory project were donated by several benefactors, including local organizations and contractors.
