OCEAN CITY APPROVES BEACH SMOKING BAN, STATE LIKELY TO FOLLOW

Ocean City has become the latest community to approve a complete ban of smoking on its beaches.  Violators could be subject to a $100 fine.  The smoking ban will go into effect on July 4th.  New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is very likely to sign a new law that will ban smoking on all beaches, and at all parks.
