NOT HERE, BUT SOME JERSEY SHORE BEACHES CLOSED DUE TO TRASH, NEEDLES

It hasn’t happened here, but some Jersey Shore beaches were closed as a precaution due to trash and needles coming ashore.  The debris came up 13 different beaches in Monmouth County, which is more than an hour north of Cape May County.  On Friday the beaches are reported in good shape with some trash floating about 1,000 feet offshore.  No word on where the trash came from.
