NORTHFIELD WOMAN CHARGED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY, DEAD DOG ON PROPERTY

A 59 year old Northfield resident has been charged with animal cruelty after four dogs were discovered living in kennels outside of her home; one of the dogs eventually died.  Police say Kimberlynn Jurkowski was charged with four counts of animal cruelty and four counts of abandoning a domesticated animal.  The dog that died did so from congestive heart failure.
