NORTH WILDWOOD ON POSITIVE END OF COURT RULING REGARDING OCEAN RESCUE

North Wildwood is on the positive side of a court ruling that found the city is not liable for injuries to a bystander that occurred during an ocean rescue call.  Superior Court Judge J. Christopher Gibson ruled that the city is not liable for injuries caused to the bystander and the city was awarded summary judgement.  The city reminds beach goers to be aware of their surroundings at all times.
