NORTH WILDWOOD INTRODUCES BUDGET, TAX LEVY TO REMAIN THE SAME

The tax rate is going up in North Wildwood, but the tax levy is remaining the same. A tax reevaluation was done that lowered the value of many properties in the city. In total, about $750 million worth of ratables were lost. Most homes will be paying the same though because the amount of money raised by taxes in North Wildwood will remain the same. The new rate will be just over 60 cent after a 13 cent increase.
