NORTH WILDWOOD CONSIDER HIRING LEGAL HELP FOR MATTER INVOLVING NJDEP

North Wildwood’s council meets this week and is expected to consider a resolution that will empower the city to have legal representation for a conflict the city has with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.  The Department recently announced that the city failed to have proper permits for beach and resiliency work that were enacted after much of the city’s beachfront has eroded away.  A resolution could name the law firm of Cullen & Dykman to provide assistance to North Wildwood.
