North Wildwood officials have sent out a clarifying statement regarding the presence of so-called clinging jellyfish that were found in a saltwater tidal pond. The city says the pond is never open for swimming because it is in an environmentally-sensitive area. Mayor Patrick Rosenello says the jellyfish are not found on any designated bathing beaches.
