NORTH WILDWOOD CAN KEEP INLET BEACH OPEN, SAYS JUDGE

Superior Court Judge Julio Mendez has ruled that North Wildwood’s inlet beach can and will remain open despite an appeal by a family who lost a member due to a drowning.  Mayor Patrick Rosenello says even though the beach will remain open, beach goers should only swim in front of a lifeguard during advertised beach hours.
