NO VOTE ON TOP TEN BEACHES IN NJ THIS YEAR

There will be no bragging rights over the best beaches in New Jersey this year. The New Jersey Sea Grant Consortium announced it would suspend the annual top ten beaches vote for this year to focus on helping the shore recover from Hurricane Sandy. The Wildwoods finished first last year, while Ocean City came in second. The popular contest is expected to return in future years.
