NO, NEW JERSEY TOWNS CAN’T BAN VISITORS FROM DRIVING ON ROADS

No, New Jersey communities cannot prohibit non-residents from driving on their roadways.  New Jersey Attorney General Gubir Grewal told state lawmakers proposed local ordinances in some northern New Jersey communities do not pass legal muster.  The towns say they are the victims of phone map applications that divert congested traffic into their neighborhoods.
