NJ SUPREME COURT TO HEAR SAME SEX MARRIAGE APPEAL

The New Jersey Supreme Court will now hear a case involving same sex marriage in New Jersey.  The state’s highest court ruled on Friday that it will hear an appeal on a recent ruling by a trial judge that allowed same sex marriages to occur as soon as October 21st.  Governor Christie has appealed the ruling, saying any decision to allow same sex marriages should be made by voters, and not by a judge.
