NJ MOVES TO BAN TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS..FROM PETS

Fido and Fluffy would not be able to get a tattoo or a body piercing under a new bill that’s being considered in Trenton.  Lawmakers introduced a bill on Monday that would make the administering of a tattoo or body piercing on a domestic pet an act of animal cruelty.  Three democrats from Hudson County introduced the bill, saying this type of behavior is “needless mutilation” of the pets.
