NJ BEACHFRONT HOMEOWNERS GET CASH FROM JURY FOR DUNE PROJECTS

Two beachfront property owners in Point Pleasant Beach have been awarded nearly $600,000 by juries after a dune protection project was partially built using their properties.  Some shorefront property owners were attempting to prevent the dune project, saying it compromised their views.
