NEWARK ORDERS MANDATORY TEN DAY LOCKDOWN DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

New Jersey’s largest city is now under a mandatory ten day lockdown due to the spread of coronavirus.  NJ.com reports that Newark Mayor Ras Baraka last night announced that Newark will have a mandatory shutdown from the day before Thanksgiving, and lasting for ten days.  Residents must shelter in place and can only leave their homes for essential services.
