New unemployment claims in New Jersey continue to drop.  State labor officials announced Thursday that there were nearly 14,000 new claims filed this week, signifying a further downward trend in the unemployment figures.  Nearly 1.5 million people have filed for unemployment in New Jersey since the start of the pandemic.
