NEW STATE MONITOR NAMED FOR ATLANTIC CITY

The N.J. Department of Community Affairs has named a new state fiscal monitor to guide Atlantic City through their financial woes. Rick Richardella has been named as the new monitor, replacing Ed Sasdelli, who recently resigned his position.
