The study suggests that incentives should be provided by the state for parents to make the choice to send their child to a non-public school. The $2.7 billion that was saved is essential, with the state still on a tough financial road in the near future. Tax credits are being looked at as one area the state could provide incentive for parents to choose a non-public school.
