A new mobile home development may be coming to the Marmora section of Upper Township. The Press of Atlantic City reports that a developer wants to build a new 134 unit mobile home park at the site of the former Shaw Farm in Tuckahoe. The developer approached the township committee during the Monday meeting and announced the new housing development; it would become the first new housing development since Osprey Point five years ago. This mobile home park would be for year round occupancy, and not seasonal.
