NEW JERSEY TO RECEIVE $4.1 MILLION, PART OF GENERAL MOTORS SETTLEMENT

New Jersey will receive just over $4 million as part of a settlement involving General Motors.  GM failed to disclose a deadly ignition switch defect that could have caused its vehicles to shut off without notice.  New Jersey Attorney General Christopher Porrino says GM put “provits over integrity”.
