NEW JERSEY JOINS NEW GROUP TO PROMOTE OFFSHORE WIND ENERGY

New Jersey has joined a new group that will promote the advantages of offshore wind-generated energy. The United States Department of the Interior announced today that ten states have joined together to form the new group, and New Jersey is a part of it. A new renewable energy office is being established to expedite the development of wind and solar energy in the region, including in the Garden State. New York and Delaware are also part of this effort.
