NEW JERSEY GOING AFTER EXXON, AGAIN, FOR DUMPING CHEMICALS

New Jersey is going to battle again with Exxon over allegedly dumping cancer causing chemicals in the Garden State.  The dumping of the chemicals dates back to the 1950s and occurred in southern New Jersey, in Paulsboro.  The six-count lawsuit was filed in court Thursday by the NJDEP.
