NEW JERSEY AID TO DYING BILL PUT ON HOLD BY JUDGE

A judge has ruled that New Jersey’s aid to dying law is not taking effect right away.  The new rule which allows terminally ill patients to take their own lives has been halted by a judge.  New Jersey democratic lawmakers are expressing outrage over the decision.
