NEW FOOTBALL RULES MAY SHAKE UP HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS

There could be some significant changes to high school football pairings in the near future.  The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association has recommended the creation of a parochial-only football league that would not play games against public schools.  What that means for our Cape Atlantic League is schools like St. Joseph, St. Augustine, and Holy Spirit would leave the CAL for football only.  The proposal may take effect for the 2016 season.
