The New Jersey Department of Transportation is heralding new environmentally friendly bridge fenders installed on four local bridges in Cape May County. The DOT says the new fenders were installed on bridges located on routes 109, 147, and 162 and replace the old timber style fenders. This project is a first of its kind in the Garden State.
