NEW BUDGET PASSED BY THE DRBA

The Delaware River and Bay Authority has a new budget. It was passed during a Tuesday meeting. The budget shows a zero increase from its 2010 budget worth nearly $79 million. Within the budget, union workers will get a three percent raise, while non-union workers will get no increase.
