NEARLY $500,000 DEDICATED TO STOPPING HOLIDAY DUI

You may want to think twice about driving while intoxciated this holdiay season.  The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office announced that nearly a half million dollars is being spent to step up drunk driving patrols during the holiday season.  Stepped up patrols are in effect between now and January 2nd throughout the Garden State.  98 police agencies have each received $5,000 to help curb drunk driving during this holiday month.  The grants have been provided by the federal government.
