MURPHY SIGNS BILL TO ALLOW UNDOCUMENTED INDIVIDUALS GET COLLEGE AID

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has signed a new bill that allows individuals who are undocumented apply for college assistance.  The new law now allows not only for undocumenteds to pay state rates for in-state education, but also qualifies them to get financial help.
