MURPHY, GUADAGNO SPAR OVER TAXES IN FIRST DEBATE

The gloves came off early and often during the first New Jersey gubernatorial debate featuring Phil Murphy and Kim Guadagno.  Guadagno alleged that the democratic candidate’s tax plan would result in $9 billion in additional funding from New Jersey taxpayers; Murphy alleges republicans have given large corporations huge tax breaks.  The election is less than four weeks away.
