MURPHY DECLARES STATE OF EMERGENCY BEFORE TUESDAY STORM

Governor Phil Murphy has declared a State of Emergency for Tuesday in advance of a winter storm that will bring ice and snow to the northern portion of the State.  Murphy says there will be a travel ban on commercial vehicles on state roadways and there’s some uncertainty to this storm from forecasters.
