MURPHY DECLARES STATE OF EMERGENCY IN ADVANCE OF WINTER STORM

Governor Phil Murphy has declared a State of Emergency in New Jersey starting at 8pm Tuesday in advance of the winter storm.  The storm is expected to dump several inches of snow in northern and central New Jersey and be minimized only in Cape May County.  Murphy has yet to announce if State offices will be closed on Wednesday.
