MUA TO SUSPEND ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVATE CUSTOMER SOLID WASTE, RECYCLABLES AT TRANSFER STATION

The Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority has a new policy in effect as of Monday, March 30th.  The MUA transfer station convenience center will temporarily suspend the acceptance of non-commercial private customer generated solid waste and recyclables for the time being.  This suspension includes materials like batteries, white goods, single stream recyclables, bulky waste, municipal waste, and used oil and anti freeze.
