MILLVILLE WOMAN GETS FIVE YEARS FOR RETAIL THEFT RING

A 30 year old Millville woman will spend five years in a state prison for heading up a retail theft ring in our region. Chiandra Pender shoplifted items from local retail stores, returned the merchandise for gift cards, and sold the cards for cash. She is also required to make full restitution.
