MIDDLE TWP FIELD HOCKEY TIES ST JOSEPH

Two of the top ten girl’s field hockey teams in South Jersey met in Hammonton on Tuesday and played to a 3-3 tie in overtime. Middle Township came back from one-goal deficits three times against St. Joseph as both teams remained undefeated at the top of the C.A.L. National Conference. Middle senior Jenna Herlihy scored two goals in the game and has 21 on the season. Middle will host St. Joseph for their second game on Oct. 19th.
