MIDDLE TOWNSHIP TO DISCUSS PROBLEMS INVOLVING SHOPPING CARTS

Middle Township will be holding a meeting next week to discuss the problem of wayward shopping carts in the community.  The Committee may consider the use of automatic locking devices to be placed on shopping carts at all retail locations in Middle Township.  The township’s police department and public works have spent manpower keeping the carts out of the public right of way after they are abandoned by shoppers.
