The identity of the man who died Tuesday in a vehicle crash has been released. Middle Township Police say that Jack Brian Smith (51) from Moscow, PA was the one who passed away. The other person involved in the crash, Addison Jones is listed in Critical Condition at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center City Division. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. It took place Tuesday afternoon on Avalon Boulevard.
