MIDDLE TOWNSHIP BOYS ELIMINATED FROM CAL PLAYOFF CONTENTION

Oakcrest beat Middle Township on Tuesday night, officially eliminating the Panthers from Cape Atlantic League playoff contention. The boys team at Middle has fought the entire year, but has struggled throughout to get traction. Oakcrest held on for a 52-49 win, putting Middle Township at 6-6 in conference play this season. Wildwood Catholic girls and boys, along with Middle Township girls are all set up for Cape Atlantic League playoff births; however, official seeding won’t come out till later this week.
