MIDDLE TOWNSHIP BOYS ADVANCE IN TOURNAMENT

The Middle Township boys basketball team has advanced in the South Jersey Goup II basketball finals.  Middle Township blasted Pennsauken Tech 89-46 to advance to a second round playoff game against Willingboro.  Willingboro eliminated Lower Cape May Monday evening, so the Chimeras come to Middle Township on a game to be broadcast live on WCZT radio Wednesday evening at 8:00pm.  That will be part of a girl/boy playoff doubleheader as the Middle girls team host Haddonfield at 6:00pm before the boys game.  Both Garrett Kerr and Marcus Harmon hit the 1,000 point scoring plateau during the win Monday night over Pennsauken Tech.
