MEDICAL MARIJUANA CONTINUES TO BE DELAYED

120px-Seal_of_New_Jersey_svgSupporters of medical marijuana are asking, “what’s the hold up?” A press conference was held in Trenton on Friday against the delay being put on by Gov. Chris Christie to implement the program. Christie told NJN that the delay is because he wants to ensure the federal government won’t prosecute any members of the state for providing marijuana. Other states have put programs into place, and not dealt with the federal government. Several letters to the federal government have gone unanswered according to the Christie administration.
