MARKER SWORN IN AS NEW CHIEF DURING LOWER MEETING

Lower_Township_PoliceA new chief has been sworn in. Lower Township’s Acting Police Chief Brian Marker has been formally recognized as the acting chief during the Lower Township council meeting on Wednesday. Marker was promoted from within and is taking over the position that was held by former chief Ed Donohue. Donohue retired at the end of June. Lower Township officials are still working out the contract for Marker, before they can remove the acting portion from his title.
