MARKER AND LOWER AGREE TO CONTRACT FOR CHIEF’S JOB

Lower_Township_PoliceLower Township’s acting police chief now has a contract. Brian Marker and the township agreed to a three-year deal. The contract is less than what the previous chief Ed Donohue made, and will stay flat salary wise for the duration. Marker was promoted from within to take over the duties of running the police department. Councilman Tom Conrad felt that Marker will be good with working in the community, as well as running the department.
