The man who was wanted by local authorities for a bar assault in Sea Isle City during Polar Plunge Weekend has turned himself in. Police say 24 year old Daniel B. Smyth of Springfield Township, PA has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with the assault inside the LaCostal Lounge last Saturday night. Police released a photo of Smyth and he turned himself in Friday morning.
