MAN SHOT, HAS LIFE-THREATENING INJURIES

A handgun that was stolen was used in the shooting of a man. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Archie Shiggs was shot on the 800 block of North Maryland Avenue. The report says the weapon was taken from Little Egg Harbor in May. The man is said to have life-threatening injuries from the shot that went into his groin and through his buttocks. To this point, no arrests have been announced.
