MAN SHOOTS HIMSELF WITH RIFLE AT SEAVILLE SHOPPING CENTER

A man was found slumped over in his vehicle at the Cedar Square Shopping Center in Seaville on Wednesday night. State Police found the 33-year-old man at 8:52 p.m. Middle Township Police had advised authorities to be on the lookout for the unidentified man. The Cape May Court House native had given information to a friend who alerted police that the man may be armed and suicidal. Police searched for his green Ford Explorer. Police first investigated a home in Dennisville, but later got information that the man was in the shopping center. Police found the man conscious. State Police administered first aid and waited for first aid to arrive. He was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, and is expected to survive. He is going to under a physiological evaluation.
