North Wildwood Police have charged a 54 year old man with setting a small fire inside the former Woody’s Cafe in the city on Sunday morning. Police charged Ralph Otto of North Wildwood with breaking into the property and setting a small fire that was put out before police arrived. Otto was remanded to the Cape May County Jail on a warrant.
