MAN SAYS HE PASSED OUT, CAUSING ACCIDENT

A man said he passed out, which caused his vehicle to hit curbs and eventually a house. A 2000 white Ford Ranger struck a home at at 3 Lochalsh Lane. The driver, Brian M. Neill, age 30, of Wildwood Crest, was out of the vehicle when officers arrived. The accident took place just prior to 3 p.m. on Tuesday. There was no one in the home at the time of the accident.  The rear of the home received heavy damage. Neill was issued a summons for Reckless Driving.
